Virtual Tire Lab is a unique, comprehensive toolset for analyzing raw data and comparing, contrasting, and adjusting virtual tire models for use in design analysis, simulation, and model certification.

Industry-Leading Testing Data

Any tire model starts with a number of key tire measurements and performance data that help guide the fitting process. Smithers Tire and Wheel Testing facility starts the process with tire measurements, footprint analysis, force and moment evaluations, as well as high and low-speed cleat and rolling resistance testing. With the latest in testing technology, Smithers brings accuracy and consistency to the models which are critical for benchmarking.

Agile Tire™ Software License

With a subscription to Agile Tire™ software, you can seamlessly prep files for DiL simulator use. Evaluate the tire model through expanded states to ensure the tire model performs properly. Compare to on-vehicle data when possible, or use developed in-house standards to adjust lab data. Make real-time adjustments during the session.

Compatible with Vehicle Simulators

Our solution is designed to be compatible with most commercial vehicle simulation software packages, offering versatility and ease of integration for your convenience. These packages include Dymola, ADAMS, CarSim, VI-CarRealTime, Simulink, CarMaker, SimPack, rFactor 2 and more.
